మేము "తెలుగు మేథస్సు" అను స్వచ్ఛంద సమూహానికి ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్నాము. మా ఆశయాల, లక్ష్యాల వివరణకు మా వెబ్ సైటును ఈ చిరునామా వద్ద పరిశీలించగలరు:

మా కార్యకలాపాలలో భాగంగా, మేము ప్రస్తుతం ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థల మరియు శాఖల వెబ్ సైట్లలో తెలుగు ఎంత వరకు ఉపయోగిస్తున్నారు అనే అంశం మీద అధ్యయనం చేస్తున్నాము. మా పరిశీలనలో మీ శాఖకు చెందిన వెబ్ సైటు పూర్తిగా ఆంగ్లమునే వాడుతున్న విషయము గమనించినాము:

మీరు మీ శాఖ వెబ్ సైటును తెలుగులో కూడా ప్రచురించ వలసిన అవసరము వుందని మేము భావిస్తున్నాము. దానికి మీరు క్రింద విశదీకరించిన కారణాలను పరిగణనలోనికి తీసుకొనవచ్చు: 
 
* మన రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు వెబ్ సైట్లను తెలుగులో చదవడానికే ఎక్కువగా ఇష్టపడతారు మరియు తెలుగులో చదవడం వారికి ఎంతో సౌకర్యముగా ఉంటుంది. మన రాష్ట్రంలో చాలా మందికి ఆంగ్లము చదవడం రాదు.
 
* రాష్ట్ర శాఖ వెబ్ సైట్లను, రాష్ట్ర భాష అయిన తెలుగులో ప్రచురించడం ఎంతో మర్యాద పూర్వకంగా ఉంటుంది. అంతే కాక, మీ శాఖ సైట్ ను ఎక్కువ మంది చూడడానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
 
*  మీరు తెలుగులో ప్రచురించిన వెబ్ పేజీలు, చూసే వారికి సాంస్కృతిక పరమైన అనుభూతిని ప్రసాదిస్తాయి.
 
* మీరు చెప్పదలచుకున్న సమాచారాన్ని తెలుగు భాష అత్యంత సమర్థవంతంగా తెలుగు ప్రజలకు చేరవేస్తుంది. మీ శాఖ యొక్క పనితనం బాగా పెరుగుతుంది.
 
* తెలుగు వెబ్ సైట్ వలన విలువైన సమాచారం, అవసరమైన రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకు, వారికి తెలిసిన భాషలో అందజేయబడుతుంది.
 
* ఇంతకు ముందు, తెలుగులో వెబ్ సైట్లను ప్రచురించడం చాల కష్టంతో కూడుకొన్న పని. కాని ప్రస్తుతం తెలుగు యూనికోడ్ వలన, మరియు తెలుగులో వెబ్ సైట్లను ప్రచురించడానికి మంచి సామగ్రి ఉపయుక్తంగా ఉండడం వలన, తెలుగులో వెబ్ సైట్లను తయారు చేయడం చాలా సులభతరం అయ్యింది. ప్రస్తుతం వెబ్ సైట్లను ఆంగ్లములో ప్రచురించడానికి లేదా మరి ఏ ఇతర భాషలలో నైనా ప్రచురించడానికి ఎటువంటి వ్యత్యాసము లేదు.
 
* క్రింద ఉదహరించబడిన తెలుగు వెబ్ సైట్, పైన చెప్పిన దానికి తార్కాణము. ఆంగ్లమువలే తెలుగులో కూడా శోధించ వచ్చు.

We strongly feel that there is a need for publishing your department's website in Telugu. These are the points you can consider for proceeding towards this action:

* Telugu language support is a courtesy that increases trust in your Department while encouraging repeated and longer site visits.

* Telugu language content can help deliver a more culturally relevant experience to your site visitors.

* It not only optimizes the communication of your message and services but also contributes to an organization's bottom line in various ways.

* If your website is in Telugu, it delivers valuable material to those in need,  in a language they can understand.

* Previously website publishing in Telugu was difficult. But with the advent of Unicode and good tools for Telugu web publishing, it is easy to publish websites in Telugu. Now there is no difference in publishing the websites in Telugu or any other language.
